Visibility Radio Intelligence ("Visibility", "we", "us") operates a radio monitoring and music detection platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

Account data
Username and hashed password. We do not store plaintext passwords. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12).

Session data
Login timestamp, logout timestamp, session duration, IP address, and browser user-agent string. This is stored in our database for the retention period below.

Activity data
Pages visited within the Visibility platform (e.g. "Live Monitoring", "Top Songs Dashboard"). We do not record keystrokes, form contents, or audio played.

Consent records
When you accept this privacy policy, we record the timestamp, IP address, browser user-agent, and consent version. This record is required to demonstrate GDPR compliance.

Technical cookies
A single session cookie keeps you logged in. It expires after 8 hours of inactivity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract — providing you access to the platform you signed up for) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests — security and fraud prevention). Consent records are kept under Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
